Event Ops Technician

Requerimientos :
• Effectively communicates with Event Ops team members
• Facilitates team and client meetings effectively
• Assists users on using video conferencing systems before and during events
• Monitors assigned videoconferencing calls on end user’s event sites
• Assists staff with pulling, staging and striking audio/visual equipment for events
• Troubleshoots incidents and escalates accordingly
• Manages physical inventory in dedicated venue locations
• Educate customers on supported services on a technical and non-technical level
• Confirm all Blue Jeans Network (BJN)/VC ID’s for events
• Supports Executive level events by providing meeting kick-offs and in room technical support
